GermanA – Introduction
These conditions of sale (hereinafter “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by AI Parts srl (hereinafter ” AI Parts ”) and will regulate each purchase contract stipulated, through the website www.aiparts.de between the seller and the customer.
B – Acceptance of the conditions of sale
1. The contract stipulated between AI Parts and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by AI Parts, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the ‘order. Acceptance is considered tacit, if the dissent is not communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided and set out on the site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
2. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
4. The Customer raises the AI Parts company from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer at the time of registration, being the Customer solely responsible for the correct entry of data at the time of registration to the site.
C – Delivery costs
The cost of shipping is indicated on the site in correspondence with the goods ordered at the time of the order and are in any case charged to the customer.
Shipping (if the purchase is made before 12.00) is made the same day or in any case within 24 hours.
Express couriers SDA and BRT deliver in approximately 24 hours (48 hours in some locations). In any case, it is possible to refer to the site www.sda.it or www.brt.it by entering the shipment tracking code (which we will send you by email) to know the status of the package in real time.

D – How to purchase
1. The Customer can only purchase the products present in the AI Parts electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and which can be viewed at the address http://www.aiparts.de, as described in the respective information sheets and at the price indicated at the time of the order itself.
2. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by AI Parts by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer at the time of sending the order with an indication of the reception times of the order.
3. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, AI Parts undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
4. Individual promotions cannot be combined with each other.
E – Method of payment
1. Mark. With this payment method, which is only possible within the Italian state, an additional contribution of € 1.99 is applied to the total amount of the order. Payment must be made to the courier in cash, with the exact sum.
If the customer is not prepared for payment (or refuses payment) for the goods, AI Parts reserves the right to cancel the order and cancel delivery to the Customer. It is the customer’s responsibility, in the event of non-delivery due to absence, to communicate with the courier and agree on delivery; if the courier were to open a storage file, AI Parts reserves the right to cancel the order and the delivery. Furthermore, in the event that the goods are not collected and return to AI Parts, the Customer will be charged €45.00 as reimbursement of expenses incurred.
According to the current Italian laws in force, it is not possible to receive cash on delivery payments exceeding € 999.00.
The cash on delivery payment method is only available in Italy.
2. Advance Bank Transfer. With this payment method, the start of what is purchased takes place only upon crediting the current account held by AI Parts. The customer must make the transfer within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, otherwise the order is deemed automatically cancelled.
The reason to indicate in the transfer must include the order number and the date on which it was made and must be made to the following bank details: FOR SECURITY REASONS THE BANK DETAILS WILL BE COMMUNICATED AFTER THE PURCHASE,
VIA EMAIL MESSAGE.
3. Credit Card. In the case of purchase by credit card, the operation is carried out through the SECURE NEXI.it portal (VISA – MASTERCARD – 3D SECURE CIRCUITS for maximum security). The amount relating to the purchased goods is charged to the customer’s credit card at the time of effective dispatch of the goods. At no time during the purchase procedure is AI Parts able to know the information relating to the buyer’s credit card, as they are entered directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No AI Parts computer archive contains or stores such data. Therefore AI Parts cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on its site.
4. PayPal. In the case of purchase via PayPal account, the operation is carried out through the PayPal.it portal. The amount relating to the purchased goods is charged to the customer’s credit card at the time of effective dispatch of the goods. At no time during the purchase procedure is AI Parts able to know the information relating to the buyer’s credit card, as they are entered directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No AI Parts computer archive contains or stores such data. Therefore AI Parts cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on its site.
F – Transaction security
Online transactions with Credit Card are carried out directly on the website of the Banking Institute/Payment Institute/Gateway, via a Secure Server which adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer ). This protocol allows you to communicate in a way designed to avoid the interception, modification or falsification of information. AI Parts is not aware of the credit card data used by its customers.
G – Delivery costs

H – Delivery method
AI Parts can only accept orders with deliveries to be made within the European territory. For each order placed on www.aiparts.de , AI Parts issues a tax receipt (or invoice upon explicit request by the customer) of the shipped material. For the issuance of the fiscal document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order for the individual products.
The payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order. The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in cardboard boxes appropriately. Delivery times for purchased goods vary according to the product and are indicated on the site. No responsibility can be attributed to AI Parts in the event of a delay in the order or in the delivery of the goods ordered. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice; – that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or, in any case, altered;
If the goods are damaged during transport, we will replace the damaged goods after photographic documentation; if the Customer, during the purchase phase, selected the “Insurance” method, priority management of the aforementioned replacement is provided.
- 1. Delivery by express courier. The methods for this type of delivery depend on the courier to whom the delivery is entrusted. AI Parts undertakes to ship the goods within a maximum of 48 working hours from receipt of the order. The courier delivers within 24/48 hours (depends on the areas); AI Parts is not available. to be held responsible for delays attributable to the courier.
I – Right of withdrawal
I.1 In compliance with the information duties pursuant to art. 52, paragraph 1, lett. (f) and (g) of the Consumer Code, Section I.2 below indicates the terms and conditions governing the right of withdrawal in favor of the Consumer, as regulated by the same Consumer Code.
I.2 It should be noted, in any case, that the right of withdrawal in favor of the Consumer does not apply to AI Parts Products which, by their nature, are not suitable for being returned or are subject to the risk of rapid deterioration or alteration, such as, but not limited to, chemicals that have already been opened.
I.2 Instructions for exercising the withdrawal in the cases provided for by the Consumer Code
Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and the designated Customer, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform us AI Parts srl, via Delia 32/A, 43029 Traversetolo PR – eMail : info@aiparts.de of his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all the payments he has made to us will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. The Customer is requested to return the goods to the address indicated by our assistance via email (info@aiparts.de), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The products must be returned:
– correctly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
– equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow AI Parts to identify the Consumer (Order number, name, surname and address);
– without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article. That is, they must not bear traces of prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as to not allow their resale.
If the returned Product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective.
L – Guarantees
1. All products marketed by AI Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. To use the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive together with the purchased goods.
2. The manufacturer’s standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if incurred.
3. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree N. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, AI Parts will restore the conformity of the product by means of repair/replacement or a reduction in the price, at no cost to the Customer, until the termination of the contract. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, there should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred.
4. In the event that, for any reason, AI Parts is unable to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the Customer’s consent, to replace the product itself (if still price list) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to the issue of a discount voucher for the same amount that can be spent on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.
5. No damages can be claimed from AI Parts for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.
6. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables , etc…).
7. For some products, the production serial number is indicated on the invoice or tax receipt; in these cases the guarantee applies only if the returned product has the same production serial number indicated on the invoice or tax receipt.
O.D.R. (Online Dispute Resolution)
The European Commission provides consumers with an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.
This tool can be used to lodge a complaint against a professional.

N – Complaints
Any complaint must be addressed to AI Parts, Via Delia , n. 32/A, Traversetolo (PR).
O – Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The sales contract between the Customer and AI Parts is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Parma (Italy).
P – Conditions
The conditions contained in this document may be modified by AI Parts without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.aiparts.de
