2. What personal data do we collect?
The categories of personal data that AI Parts collects and processes when you browse or shop at www.aiparts.de, are as follows:
a) we collect the personal data necessary to conclude and give execution to your purchase on www.aiparts.de such as first and last name, e-mail address, shipping address, address billing, telephone and payment data;

AI Parts collects and processes your personal data for the following purpose:
a) conclude and execute the contract for the purchase of the products offered at www.aiparts.de. When you complete your purchase, we ask you for the personal data necessary to contract execution activities, such as payment, checks anti-fraud if you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the invoicing, shipping of the product and any return management;
b) registration on the Site and use of the services offered to users sign in. Registration on the site is possible by entering of some personal information, necessary to guarantee yours identification and performance of the services offered to users sign in;
c) management of requests to our Customer Service, which uses i personal data that you provide to satisfy your requests for information and requests for assistance;
d) sending of commercial and promotional communications afterwards when purchasing one of our products. Following the purchase of one of our product on the Site, we will send to the email address you provided communications containing our commercial proposals relating to products and services similar to those you have already purchased;

Moreover, always subject to your consent, we will be able to use your contacts in the context of carrying out market research and surveys for the survey of satisfaction in order to improve our services and the relationship with our users. f) data provided for commercial communications activities, surveys of opinion and market research: up to the request by the user interruption of treatment and in any case within 2 years of the last one user interaction of any kind with AI Parts;
g) data used to personalize the Site and to display offers personalized commercials: until the user requests the termination of the treatment and in any case within 2 years of the last interaction of any gender of user with AI Parts;
h) data used to carry out market research and surveys for the survey of satisfaction: until the User asks the termination of the treatment.
11. Your rights
You can exercise your rights at any time with reference to the specific treatments of your personal data by AI Parts. Find below their general description and how to exercise them.
a) Access and modify your data: you have the right to access yours personal data and to request that they be corrected, modified or integrated with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of your data in our possession.
b) Revoke your consent: You can revoke a consent at any time that you have provided for the processing of your personal data in relation to any activity for marketing purposes. Received your request it will be our care to promptly cease the processing of your data personal data that is based on such consent, while different treatments or based on other assumptions will continue to be carried out in full compliance with current provisions.
c) Object to the processing of your data: you have the right to object any time to the processing of your personal data. AI Parts will refrain from further processing such data, unless there are pre-eminent cases interests pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 21 of the EU Regulation.
d) Delete your data: in the cases provided for by current legislation you can request the deletion of your personal data. Received and sorted your request, if legitimate, we will promptly cease the treatment and delete your personal data.
e) Request that the processing of your personal data be temporarily limited: in this case AI Parts will continue to keep yours personal data but will not process them, unless otherwise requested by you and the exceptions provided by law. You can get the limitation of the processing when you dispute the accuracy of your personal data, when the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of your data, when we no longer need your data but you need it to exercise a your right in court and when you oppose the treatment, in period in which we evaluate the reasons for your request.
f) Request your data or transfer it to a person other than AI Parts (“right to data portability”). You can ask to receive in a standard format your data that we process based on your consent or pursuant to a contract concluded with you. If you wish, wherever technically possible, we will be able to transfer your data at your request directly to a third party indicated by you.
